• Minimum Order: 50 kg for samples, 1000 kg and above for bulk orders.
• Payment: 100% cash in advance is required before processing. No other payment methods are accepted.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery & Storage

• Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
• Customers must have proper storage facilities to maintain product quality.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

4. Refunds & Returns

• All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
• Returns are only accepted for defective products, and issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Liability & Compliance

• Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• We are not liable for improper use, storage, or handling of our products.
